When you arrive at 305 Brighton Road, I’ll greet you both and take a few minutes to chat. I’ll ask about your pet’s routines, personality, likes, dislikes, and any important health notes. This helps me give them care that feels familiar and comforting.

Settling In

Your dog will be gently introduced to my home environment. Whether they’re staying for day care, boarding, or a walk, they’ll get time to sniff around, explore, and get used to the sights and sounds.

I keep things calm and low-key, especially for nervous or first-time pets. No loud noises, no overwhelming energy—just patient care and a relaxed vibe.

Routine and Reassurance

I follow the routine you provide. Feeding times, bathroom breaks, walks, and quiet time are all handled with care and consistency. I also give them space when they need it and comfort when they want it—just like you would at home.

Updates for You

If you’d like, I’ll send you a quick text or photo during their stay. Knowing your pet is safe and settled can make all the difference, especially for first-time visits.
